THINGS TO KNOW:

OUR GROUP IS CAREFULLY CURATED

Please be aware that our gatherings are designed to be intimate, with most events and workshops limited to a maximum of 10 men. The dynamics among members play a crucial role in fostering our community. While we aim to be inclusive, it's important to recognize that **NOT EVERYONE IS A GOOD FIT** for our group. All members are personally interviewed and carefully selected to match our group's dynamics.

INTOUCHMEN IS SEXY yet NOT A SEX CLUB

We uphold distinct boundaries, which will be addressed in person at each event. That being said, our gatherings do feature nudity and are inherently sensual in nature. When joining you agree to work with all other club members judgement free.

ERECTIONS ARE WELCOME AND CELEBRATED

Erections are a natural phenomenon, and we fully embrace them. This significant aspect of the male body is explored and regarded just like any other part of the body.

GAY, BI, STRAIGHT, AND TRANS MEN

We welcome all male-identifying individuals aged 21

with this waiver you agree to utilize all skills acquired at INTOUCHMEN solely for recreational and consensual touch. You acknowledge that you will not hold INTOUCHMEN, Brian Riley Licensed Massage Therapy llc. or its partners responsible for any misuse of knowledge gained at our gatherings.

INTOUCHMEN reserves the right to remove any member from the group at any time and for any reason it deems appropriate, including failure to adhere to the rules listed below.

By signing this document, you are consenting to being touched by all other INTOUCHMEN members. You are agreeing to express verbally all personal boundaries that you may have around touching and being touched. You agree not to hold INTOUCHMEN or Brian Riley, Licensed Massage Therapy llc, responsible for any touch related issues you may encounter.

1. I will follow and respect the seven tenets of INTOUCHMEN.

• Respect and celebrate your body and your touch.

•  Respect and celebrate your partner's body and their touch.

• Respect your fellow ITM's privacy - Fist rule for being a member is no one talks about other members.

• Respect and celebrate the space we manifest and hold together at INTOUCHMEN.

• Respect, celebrate, and cultivate the healing found through our work together.

• Remember that your thoughts are a form of touch.

• When sharing yourself with another, start from a place of clear communication and consent.

2. I agree to communicate clearly, and always obtain consent whenever touching another club member, and respect and abide by any boundaries they express. 

3. I consent to be touched by other group members and take responsibility for communicating any boundaries I may have regarding touch.

4. I will not discriminate or judge another club member, and I will work collaboratively with all at the studio.

5. I will not share any other club members' personal stories, identities, information, body details or likeness with people outside of INTOUCHMEN, or co-members of INTOUCHMEN.

• There will be no use of cell phones, cameras, or recording devices in the studio.

6. I will arrive at in-person events clean, with no colognes, smiling, and ready to explore.

7. When attending gatherings at INTOUCHMEN, I know the touch methods discussed are for recreational, self and consensual partnered care purposes only.

8. I take full responsibility for the touch I give and receive while attending INTOUCHMEN gatherings.  I will in no way hold INTOUCHMEN or any of its representatives/partners responsible for any injury or discomfort, physical or emotional, from practicing the techniques discussed.  

9. I will abide by any CDC guidelines imposed on in-person gatherings.

• I acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID, FLU, COMON COLDS, as well as and any skin-to-skin-related conditions exists in any gathering involving close contact and touch. I voluntarily assume all legal and financial risk and further agree not to hold INTOUCHMEN, Brian Riley Licensed Massage therapy LLC, or any of its affiliates, partners, instructors, facilitators, fellow club members, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury, emotional or physical of any kind, including but not limited to the above mentioned. 

11. I understand that various levels of undress will be a part of each INTOUCHMEN gathering, and take responsibility to self-determine my comfort level in how I wish to participate.

12. I agree to report in writing any instances where I feel a boundary I clearly stated to any other club member has been crossed.

13. I understand that INTOUCHMEN holds the right to ask me to leave any in-person event or remove me from my club membership for any activity INTOUCHMEN feels is not in line with Its Intentions.
