Shiatsu is a form of bodywork from Japan. It uses kneading, pressing, soothing, tapping, and stretching techniques and is performed without oils through light, comfortable clothing.
"Shiatsu" translates as "finger pressure."
Shiatsu is a non-invasive technique that is said to help reduce stress and contribute to overall wellbeing. Proponents believe that it has both preventative and remedial effects.

Week 2- FIRE & EARTH
How to identify and work the meridians of these elements.
Week 3- METAL &WATER
How to identify and work the meridians of these elements.
Week 4- WOOD & POINTS
How to identify and work the meridians of this element.
Introduction of key points on all FIVE CHANNELS.
Week 5- KATA
Building a SHIATSU session.
Week 6- SHIATSU
Work on a complete session with a partner.
