I've been deeply exploring texts about sexuality from many perspectives, broadening how I see and experience the ways we as humans relate to our bodies and connections. Right now, I'm reading The New Topping Book by Dossie Easton and Janet W. Hardy, who also wrote The Ethical Slut—a book I already highly recommend.

It's in the moments you’re waiting in line for coffee, or when something completely unexpected happens: how you find center and respond- that’s your yoga. How you treat yourself and others in all of life is your yoga. The postures are just the salt and pepper in a much bigger recipe.

All these thoughts swirling through my mind are inspired by what I’m reading. The dynamics of roles in sexual and sensual play are a key to opening doors.
