1. The Mingmen Point (GV4) – The Gate of Life


Location: This point is located on the lower back, right between the second and third lumbar vertebrae, about waist level.


Why it matters: Mingmen, or the Gate of Life, is considered a powerhouse for male vitality. It supports kidney energy, which in traditional Chinese medicine is linked to sexual health, stamina, and overall energy reserves.


How to activate:

  • Sit or lie comfortably on your stomach.

  • Use your thumbs or knuckles to apply firm, steady pressure to the point.

  • Massage in small circular motions for 2-3 minutes.

  • Breathe deeply and imagine energy flowing into your lower back.


Tip: Try this before bedtime or after a workout to recharge your energy and promote relaxation.



2. The Qihai Point (CV6) – The Sea of Energy

Location: About 1.5 inches below your navel, right in the center of your lower abdomen.


Why it matters: Qihai translates to “Sea of Energy.” This point is famous for boosting vitality, improving circulation, and strengthening the body’s core energy, which is essential for endurance and sexual stamina.


How to activate:

  • Lie on your back or sit comfortably.

  • Place your fingers gently on the point.

  • Press firmly but comfortably, holding for 2 minutes.

  • You can also massage in slow circles to stimulate energy flow.


Tip: Combine this with deep belly breathing to maximize the effect.



3. The Sanyinjiao Point (SP6) – The Three Yin Intersection


Location: On the inner leg, about four finger-widths above the ankle bone, just behind the shin bone.

How to activate:

  • Sit comfortably with your leg bent.

  • Use your thumb to apply firm pressure to the point.

4. The Taixi Point (KI3) – The Supreme Stream


Location: Just behind the inner ankle bone, in the depression between the ankle bone and Achilles tendon.


Why it matters: Taixi supports kidney health, which is crucial for male sexual energy and stamina. Stimulating this point helps nourish the body’s vital essence and promotes endurance.


How to activate:

  • Sit with your foot resting comfortably.

  • Use your thumb to press firmly into the depression behind the ankle bone.

  • Hold the pressure for 1-2 minutes, then massage gently.

  • Repeat on both feet.
