Yesterday was such a fantastic day at the massage studio! I welcomed two brand-new clients and reconnected with someone I hadn't seen in almost 5 years—that's 2
long-lost friends returning just this week. Days like these truly light me up. There's something magical about connecting (or reconnecting!) with such remarkable men. Honestly, I love what I do. Helping men find balance and relaxation, hearing their stories, and sharing in the diversity of human experience—plus, let's be honest, seeing all kinds of bodies—it's an unbeatable combination.

All three visitors yesterday asked about our men's massage exchange group, and I was thrilled to share the details. Each of them, in their own unique way, would be a perfect fit.
I've been hosting and moderating men's touch, bodywork, and massage groups for years now. I started in NYC working with well-known studios, and when I brought my massage and wellness practice to NJ, I launched my own group. What an incredible journey it's been! Just the other evening, at an Eros massage trade gathering, I found myself reflecting on all the wonderful men who have come through these experiences. I've been lucky to learn something valuable from every single one.
If you don't already know, my workshop style is relaxed and easygoing—I love creating a space for men to explore the power of their hands and the magic of touch. Sure, I slip in some instruction here and there, and I'll always speak up if something isn't being done the right way, but over the years, I've learned to let things flow naturally. Men really tune in to this craft we all have access to: healing with our hands. Back in massage school, one of my master professors—someone who'd been practicing and teaching massage for 40 years—told me, "When you break it down, massage is simple: if it hurts, rub it." So, if anyone out there in the digital world wants to get on my table or join a workshop or retreat, don't hesitate to reach out!
I have a new gathering I am planning for Sunday morning this spring, BACK TO BASICS, where we will dive into massage techniques. Demos with in-depth instruction and practice time. Boners are welcome, yet they will not be the focus at this one.
